Why do I get an error message when I place an order?

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.  Also, please be aware that This Shirt Helps™ currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

 

Can I purchase This Shirt Helps Gift Certificates?

No.  This Shirt Helps™ does plan to offer Gift Certificates down the road but not at this time.

What sizes do you sell?

At this time we sell S, M, L, XL in Mens and S, M, L, XL in Womens.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax to customers ordering from CA.  

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

Email us at info@ThisShirtHelps.com and one of our customer services representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

Do you allow cashier's checks and money orders?

No.  At this time This Shirt Helps™ does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Is my credit card safe on your site?

Yes! This Shirt Helps™ understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you.  We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. 

How do you calculate how much good each shirt does?

The amounts are based on information obtained from the individual charities to whom we contribute.

Can I see how much my purchase contributes?

At the time of purchase you will be able to see what each shirt contributes to your cause of choice.  You will also be able to follow our ticker at the top of the home page to track everything that This Shirt Helps has donated.

How/When does the money get donated?

Money will be donated directly to the organizations you select on a quarterly basis.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

No.  Although we donate a significant portion of our profits to charities, This Shirt Helps™ is not a non profit so purchases are not tax deductible.
